Shipping policy

 

Our goal is to pick, pack and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, unless an item is currently out of stock.

If an item is out of stock, discontinued or currently unavailable, we will notify you via email using the email address that you include on your order. So, please DOUBLE CHECK the email address on your order to make sure we have the correct way to contact you, if required.

Domestic Shipments and Carriers:

We ship products using Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service(UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Per USPS guidelines, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time.

The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Only USPS premium Express service offerings, along with premium services from FedEx and UPS, come with delivery guarantees.


International Shipping:

Currently, all International orders are shipped either through the US Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express or UPS International depending on the countries to which the products are being shipped.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties associated with an order are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer or recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions please check with the appropriate entities in your country prior to placing an order.
